MONDAY GOLF OUTINGS
Minimum number of golfers required per outing: 84 Golfers
All groups will be charged for the required minimum number of golfers, although the actual numbers may fall below the minimums.
The Clubhouse locker room facilities will be made available for group use. A locker room attendant will be made available for both the men’s and ladies’ locker rooms at no additional cost. Each group will assume full responsibility for any articles reported missing from a member or the Club.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
A $2,000.00 deposit must be made at the time of the booking. This money is not refundable if the outing is cancelled.
In the event inclement weather precludes the outing from being held, and should the outing be rescheduled on a future available date, the original deposit plus any additional food and labor charge will apply.
An opening fee will be charged for any event requiring the club to be open on a Monday.
Druid Hills Golf Club requires a minimum of one food and one beverage function per outing; 84 person minimum per function. (Note: normal Member food and beverage prices to apply).
Beverage carts are available and will be stocked by Club personnel. Druid Hills Golf Club drivers will be staffed at no additional cost. Only club personnel will be allowed to drive the Beverage Carts.
The Golf House Grill (at the turn) will be available for snacks and beverages only and will be staffed at no additional cost.
Arrangements for food and beverage service will follow the same guidelines as normally followed by Club members (see Club Policies). The Catering Director will handle the details.
For all food functions, an 80% guarantee is due one week before the scheduled event. An exact headcount is due the Wednesday before the event (by 12:00 Noon). In the event no headcount is received, the number of guests originally indicated will become the guaranteed number of guests.
There will be a 22% service charge and an 8% sales tax on all food and beverage purchased from the Club. An additional 3% liquor tax will be added on all liquor purchases.
